Se revocar todo lo actuado dentro del proceso de tutela interpuesto por el ciudadano que actuó en representación del Sindicato de Trabajadores Colombianos de Danaranjo, ante el Juez Civil del Circuito de Bogotá a partir del auto proferido por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá mediante el cual se declaró la nulidad de la actuación procesal.
Por lo anterior, la Corte recordó que los jueces tienen el deber de recibir la acción de tutela presentada y tramitarla, de conformidad con las normas vigentes, lo cual puede significar remitirla al juez de reparto competente.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá para que ejerza sus competencias constitucionales y legales y decida el recurso de impugnación.

- Primero. Revocar todo lo actuado dentro del proceso de la accion de tutela que Carlos Alberto Montenegro Maecha, obrando en representacion del Sindicato de Trabajadores Colombianos de Danaranjo, interpuso ante el Juez Civil del Circuito de Bogota, a partir del auto proferido por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota el 12 de junio de 2002, inclusive, mediante el cual se declaro la nulidad de la actuacion procesal.
- Segundo. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota para que ejerza sus competencias constitucionales y legales y decida el recurso de impugnacion.
